Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery – Credit / Debit Card

The cash payment method is only available for purchases within Greece. For those who prefer this method, the products are picked up (at the address you have stated) through the courier company, with which we cooperate and you pay the price of your order upon receipt. Your order has a delivery time of 1-3 working days.

Transaction Security

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
